Here is one draft of my magazine title. I am experimenting with a couple of ideas so I can make the perfect version. I have also gained feedback from a member of my audience on each version so I know which to use.
1. In this I have used two different colours and layered them so they use less space and are still readable. Also, I have used different fonts so there is an obvious difference between the genre and country it is based on.
Ash: I like the layering and how you can read both easily but they are obviously linked, it shows what the genre of the magazine is and the bold colours make it eye catching. The fonts used make it look like a real magazine as well and I like how the font for each word is different because they have different meanings, but I do think the "Korea" could have been in a bolder colour.
2. On this one I gave it a background to look more playful and bright and it makes it stand out more. I used a dark red for the writing because it is bold on the background and looks professional. The "O" is bigger to fit in the word "Korea", which shows the country but not in a big way.
I have decided I prefer the first version of my title. Now I can experiment with making the rest of my magazine, like choosing a proper colour scheme and layout.
